1. Create a Study Schedule and Stick to It One of the best ways to improve your focus is to plan your study time ahead of time. Without a schedule, it’s easy to keep saying “I’ll study later” and end up wasting hours on your phone. Start by setting specific time blocks each day just for studying. Even one or two hours of focused work is better than four hours of half-hearted multitasking. You can use apps like Google Calendar, Notion, or MyStudyLife to organize your schedule. Turn on the Do Not Disturb mode on your phone during these hours to cut down on distractions.
2. Turn Distractions Into Rewards Instead of banning yourself from using social media completely, use it as a reward for staying focused. For example, study for 25 or 30 minutes, then give yourself five minutes to check your favorite apps. This keeps you motivated without feeling deprived.
